Refund policy

Returns

All purchases are non-returnable. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception.  Contact us immediately at info@girlsgonehajj.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Replacements

We will replace damaged or defective items at no cost to you.  To be eligible for replacement you must submit, within 7 days of delivery, a photo with proof of damage and purchase to info@girlsgonehajj.com.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we have received your email and determined if your purchase is eligible for replacement. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
